TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING & DEPOSIT
Down payment should be 50 % made by telegraphic transfer within 7 days of written confirmation and to avoid losses or delays must be addressed strictly to our PayPal or your credit card.
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation will be given and valid if the booking is possible to perform and we get the payment, then the order arrangement will be processed.
For use fee cards and PayPal
If you use PayPal and credit card
Use fee arlady in charged 5%.
Please acknowledge.
PAYMENT
Full payment should we received 7 days before the booking day.
Please be completed 15 days in case of the events.
CANCELLATION FEE
30 days prior to Wedding is 10% of Total Price
14 days prior to Wedding is 50% of Total Price
7 days prior to Wedding is 100% of Total Price
No Show is 100% of Total Price
LAST MINUTES BOOKING SURCHARGE ~ 10%
It is charged if the booking is done too close or near with the booking day.
WEEKEND/PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE ~ 10%
It is charged if the booking is held on weekend, Sunday or another holidays
such as national holidays or local public holidays.

予約方法と予約金について
弊社専用の予約フォームに御記入後、メイルで御返信ください。添付ファイルが送れない場合は、
メイルの文章に同じ内容でお送り頂けます。
コンファメーション(予約完了)
予約日から10日以内に PayPal又はクレジットカードで
総額の50%のお支払いいただきます。
弊社で確認が取れ次第、予約は完了となります。Paypalをご利用の場合は 弊社の姉妹会社
Manis Wedding International/www.manisweddings.com 宛で ご利用頂きますのでご了承ください。
手数料について
恐れ入りますがPaypal、クレジットカードのご利用の場合は利用手数料がインドネシアの場合５%かかります。
料金には手数料が含まれておりますのでご了承ください。
残金のお支払い
当日から７日前までに残金をお支払いいただきます。
但し、イベントなどのフラワーアレンジは15日前に完了頂いておりますのでご了承ください。
お支払い方法は PAYPAL又はクレジットカードのご利用 となりますが、
日本国内送金をご希望の場合はお申し付けください。
キャンセル料について
30~15日前までのキャンセル 総額の10％
14~8日前までのキャンセル 総額の50％
7日～当日までのキャンセル 総額の100％
ラスト ミニッツ オーダー
急ぎのオーダーのお客様の場合は総額の10％の料金が加算されます。御了承ください。
祭日、祝日日のオーダー及び配達
インドネシアの祭日、祝日のご予約や配達は10％の追加料金が加算されます。御了承ください。
ご注文のお花が季節や自然災害等で揃わない場合もございますので御了承ください。
